You'll need s'more after you take your first bite of these cookies. Gooey from the marshmallow fluff, crunchy from the graham crackers and rich from the chocolate chunks. These cookies are incredible.
Prep Time Cook Time Total Time
1-2 hours 15 mins 1:15-2:15
Ingredients:
Makes 12 large cookies
1 + 1/3 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chunks + chips
1/2 cup graham cracker bits (not crumbs)
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
1 egg, room temp
2-3 tsp graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Steps:
In a stand or handheld mixer, cream together the butter and sugars.
Once fluffy, add in egg and vanilla.
Add in dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Stir in the chocolate chunks and graham cracker pieces.
Then, gently fold in the marshmallow fluff a few times so there are ribbons of fluff throughout. Do not fully mix the fluff into the dough!
Cover and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. After the dough is done chilling, preheat the oven to 375F degrees.
Scoop the dough on to a parchment lined baking sheet (approx. 6 cookies per large sheet), top each cookie dough scoop off with a couple of chocolate chunks and bake for 12-15 minutes (depending on your oven and your preferences).
Allow the cookies to cool for 5-7 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack. Let them cool for another 5 minutes and then top off with some graham cracker crumbs.
Enjoy!
