Cookies should be eaten all day long, morning included. These nuts for seeds cookies are nutritious, nutty and delicious. All the ingredients of granola and trail mix in cookie form!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond flour or any flour
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower)
1/2 tbs sesame seeds
1/2 tbs cacos nibs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
2. In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix
3. In a small bowl add wet ingredients and mix until combined
4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine well
5. Use a spoon or a cookie scoop to scoop cookies onto baking sheet. Wet your hands before shaping the cookies. This will help the batter not stick to your hands. (Press down the cookies. Don’t worry too much about spacing, the cookies won’t expand)
6. Bake for 14-15 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool
