Garlic & Herb Baked Brie

There's nothing better than a warm gooey baked brie on a cold winter's day. This is an easy recipe and I guarantee you'll already have the necessary ingredients in your cupboard. Enjoyed best dipped in a nice toasted sourdough, crackers or even vegetables.

Ingredients:


Wheel of brie (we used a large brie)

1 Tbs rosemary

1 Tbs Thyme

2.5 Tbs Olive Oil

3 cloves garlic (cut in quarters)



Steps:


1. Place the brie in a baking dish, score the brie and preheat oven to 350F


2. Pour 2 Tbs olive oil in a small bowl and add rosemary, thyme and mix


3. Pour oil mixture over the brie. Make sure every inch of the brie is covered


4. Cut 3 cloves garlic in quarters and place on brie


5. Place brie in oven for 20 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes (until garlic browns)


6. Serve immediately with toasted bread, crackers or veggies
