These brownies are absolutely delicious, super fudgy, and perfect if you're gluten-free or looking for a mind-blowing flourless dessert. After one bite, you won't wan to stop.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 apple sauce for a healthier version
1 cup chocolate chips
3 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbs instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Dark chocolate chunks (or any extra chocolate chips or chunks to add-in)
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease an 8x8 baking pan.
3. Melt butter or alternative such as coconut oil and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe
bowl (30 second increments). Check and stir as you go to ensure it doesn’t burn.
4. Once fully melted, stir to combine.
5. Mix in eggs one at a time and add vanilla.
6. Add cocoa powder, sugar, instant coffee, and salt.
7. Stir in extra chocolate chips or chunks.
8. Pour into the greased baking pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
9. Let cool for 20 minutes, cut into squares.
