Goutêr's Croissant Bread Pudding

Writer's picture: GoutêrGoutêr

If you have day old croissants around (or any type of bread), or maybe even some fresh ones, you can make the most amazing CROISSANT BREAD PUDDING. Just imagine, the flakiness of the croissant and gooey creamy centre...we're into it! This recipe is from one of our favourite French patisserie's, Goutêr.
